Abstract:In order to reduce the numerical difference between the early warning monitoring indicators and the test indicators, and achieve accurate monitoring of meteorological disasters, a meteorological disaster monitoring and early warning system based on satellite remote sensing and database synchronization is designed. Establish the local area network of automatic monitoring station in the central station system, connect the image display module with the early warning and response module according to the actual response requirements, and complete the design of the main station of the monitoring and early warning system. Solve the remote sensing image data set, define the kernel function task mapping expression according to the result of satellite information stacking coefficient solution, and realize the meteorological disaster monitoring information processing based on satellite remote sensing technology. Establish a database model, determine the XML synchronization processing results of monitoring data by analyzing the performance requirements of middleware, complete the construction of database synchronization middleware, and realize the design of meteorological disaster monitoring and early warning system based on satellite remote sensing and database synchronization combined with relevant equipment components. The experimental results show that the satellite remote sensing and database synchronous processing technology can effectively control the numerical difference between the early warning monitoring indicators and the test indicators, so that the maximum value result does not exceed 0.26, which meets the application requirements of accurate monitoring of meteorological disasters.
