Abstract:Aiming at the disadvantages of potential safety hazards and difficult management of various manhole covers in urban drainage pipe networks in the construction of smart cities, a cloud-based intelligent manhole cover monitoring system based on NB-IoT is proposed and implemented. The hardware uses the domestic Bluetooth low energy chip HS6621 for circuit design, collects the position, attitude, downhole water level, overflow and other information of the manhole cover, and reports it to the cloud platform through the NB-IoT module. The software adopts microservice technology architecture to decompose tasks such as real-time monitoring and daily maintenance management of manhole covers into different services, and uses OTA over-the-air download technology to complete remote firmware upgrade of terminals. After testing, the power consumption of the terminal hardware is 98.25uA, which meets the design requirements of low power consumption. The terminal can normally report the monitoring data and trigger the alarm in time, which can achieve real-time monitoring effect.Daily management such as work order distribution, task acceptance and firmware upgrade through management software can reduce terminal maintenance costs, effectively improve the level of urban intelligent management, and improve outdated management methods.
