Abstract:Diabetes has always been the focus of people's attention, urine glucose is a key indicator to measure diabetes, in view of the urgent need for rapid and accurate detection of diabetes, research on multi-wavelength infrared urine glucose detection technology, and promote the application of near-infrared spectroscopy technology in the detection of urine glucose concentration and the prevention and diagnosis of diabetes. The near-infrared light sources (940nm, 1150nm, 1310nm, 1550nm) with good correlation between absorption spectrum characteristics and glucose concentration changes were selected, hardware selection, optical structure system, signal detection circuit and software design were carried out, spectral information preprocessing and concentration model research were carried out, and finally the functions of urine glucose concentration processing, storage and real-time detection were realized with the host computer. Through experimental testing, urine glucose concentration value was obtained, and R2=0.9928 was calculated, with an error of no more than 4.2%, which verified that the detection technology had excellent correlation and accuracy. This technical research finally confirms the feasibility and stability of multi-wavelength infrared urine glucose detection, which is more innovative than traditional detection methods, and can meet the needs of rapid and accurate detection of diabetes, ensure people's health and safety, and help promote the application of near-infrared spectroscopy to clinical urine glucose detection.
