    摘要:

    为保障靶场飞行试验的安全性,安控系统在多个重要靶机项目中得到了成功应用。安控器是安控系统的核心部件,目前其地面检测以人工方式为主,费时费力、效率不高,且检测结果容易受到人为因素影响。本文基于信号门限技术设计了一键式、全自动安控器检测系统方案,硬件以STM32F767ZIT6为主控芯片,通过扩展ADAS3022模数转换芯片、串口转换芯片、信号调理等外围电路,设计了主机板、串口板和电源板,研制了安控器自动检测设备;软件设计了硬件底层驱动、供电控制、接口信息模拟、功能检测与故障告警等模块,实现了安控器的全自动检测;通过对某型安控器检测和认为故障注入测试,结果表明:该系统工作状态稳定,能够实现一键式全自动检测,检测结果可信,可以代替繁琐的人工检测方法,具有一定的工程应用前景。

    Abstract:

    In order to ensure the safety of the flight test of the shooting range, the security control system has been successfully applied in many important target drone projects. The security controller is the core component of the security control system. At present, the ground detection is mainly performed manually, which is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and inefficient, and the detection results are easily affected by human factors. Based on the signal threshold technology, this paper designs a one-button, fully automatic security controller detection system scheme. The hardware uses STM32F767ZIT6 as the main control chip, and designs the motherboard, serial board and power board by expanding the ADAS3022 analog-to-digital conversion chip, serial port conversion chip, signal conditioning and other peripheral circuits, and developed the automatic detection equipment of the security controller; The software has designed modules such as hardware bottom driver, power supply control, interface information simulation, function detection and fault alarm, which realizes the automatic detection of the security controller; Through the detection of a certain type of security controller and the artificial fault injection test, the results show that the system works in a stable state, can realize one-button automatic detection, and the detection results are credible. It can replace the tedious manual detection method and has certain prospect of engineering applications.
