    摘要:

    根据某热车试验台对气路压力流量参数的控制需求,设计开发了一种便携式测控系统。系统选用NI CDAQ系列产品搭建硬件平台,4槽CDAQ-9185以太网机箱内配置有CDAQ-9203模拟量输入模块、CDAQ-9265模拟量输出模块以及CDAQ-9401 I/O模块,可以满足恶劣测试环境以及可移动远程测控的要求;选用LabWindows/CVI作为软件开发平台,保证了系统对执行效率的要求;采用乒乓操作和多线程技术对数据流进行控制,实现了高速采集数据的实时存储,节约了计算资源,加快了系统响应速度;采用增量式PID控制算法实现对管路流量的自动调节,通过对比例系数、积分时间以及微分时间依次调试,达到了系统对控制精度的要求。试验结果表明,本控制系统运行稳定,响应速度快,能够实时保存并显示气路当前参数,有效控制气路压力流量,满足了试验台的测试控制要求,已正式投入使用。

    Abstract:

    A portable measurement and control system is designed and developed according to the control requirements of a hot car test bench for the pressure and flow parameters of the air circuit. The system uses NI CDAQ series products to build the hardware platform. The 4-slot CDAQ-9185 Ethernet chassis is equipped with CDAQ-9203 analog input module, CDAQ-9265 analog output module and CDAQ-9401 I/O module, which can meet the requirements of harsh test environment and mobile remote measurement and control; LabWindows/CVI is selected as the software development platform to ensure the system's requirements for execution efficiency; Ping pong operation and multithreading technology are used to control the data flow, realizing real-time storage of high-speed data acquisition, saving computing resources and speeding up system response; The incremental PID control algorithm is used to realize the automatic adjustment of the pipeline flow. Through the debugging of the proportional coefficient, integral time and differential time, the requirements of the system for control accuracy are met. The test results show that the control system runs stably, responds quickly, can save and display the current parameters of the gas path in real time, effectively control the pressure and flow of the gas path, and meets the test control requirements of the test bench. It has been officially put into use.
