    摘要:

    风洞试验需要高压空气等多种动力资源。风洞群高压空气作为一种共享竞争的资源,具有风洞用户多、系统结构复杂、拓扑动态变化、资源消耗快速等特点。为满足风洞运行管理和试验成本核算的需求,设计并研制了风洞群高压空气系统集中监测与动态计量系统。该系统基于流体力学静压差理论分析,采用集中监测、OPC通信、图形数据库等技术,建立高压空气资源配气网络的动态拓扑模型,实现高压空气系统压缩机组、阀门、储罐、管线与保障风洞之间的动态逻辑关联,自动获取当前试验风洞消耗的压力差和保障容积,从而获得当前风洞试验的高压空气资源动力消耗。该系统解决了高压配气系统拓扑准确描述、风洞试验单次消耗计量等问题,取得良好的效果。

    Abstract:

    The wind tunnel test requires high pressure air resource and other power guarantee. As a shared competitive power resource, high-pressure air delivery system of the wind tunnel group has the characteristics of multiple wind tunnel users, complex system structure, dynamic topology change and fast resource consumption. In order to meet the needs of wind tunnel operation management and test cost accounting, the dynamic metering system for high-pressure air delivery system was designed and developed. Based on hydrodynamics static pressure difference analysis, by the adoption of technologies of OPC communication, centralized monitoring and graph database, the dynamic topology model of high pressure distribution network is established, the dynamic logic association among compressors, valves, tank group, pipeline and supporting wind tunnels of high pressure air system is realized, the pressure difference and safeguard volume consumed by the wind tunnel currently testing is obtained. Thus, the power consumption of high-pressure air resource in current wind tunnel tests can be automatically obtained. The system has solved the problems of accurate topology description of high-pressure distribution system and measurement of single test consumption, and achieves good results.
