Abstract:At present, the measurement method of nonlinear parameters of vibrating beam accelerometer is mainly to fix the accelerometer on the centrifuge turntable, manually control the rotation speed of the centrifuge turntable, and record the acceleration output after stabilization. After all acceleration values are tested, the nonlinear parameters are calculated by the data processing software. However, the efficiency of this method is low, and it is generally tested by a single set of products, which is not suitable for the demand of large-scale products. In view of solving the above-mentioned measurement efficiency problems and meeting the mass production requirements of products, this design proposes a measurement method, that is, an automatic measurement device for simultaneously testing the nonlinear parameters of multiple vibrating beam accelerometers. The test results show that the measuring device designed in this paper not only realizes the automatic measurement of multiple accelerometers at the same time and improves the measurement efficiency, but also proposes a convenient method to calculate the radius of the distance between the accelerometer and the center of the centrifuge, so as to calculate the g value actually acting on the accelerometer and improve the measurement accuracy..
