    摘要:

    随着当前小卫星发射任务激增,卫星的生产模式由单件小批量人工驱动向高自动化批量数字驱动转变,其地面测试模式也由传统的大卫星单星测试向多星柔性化、批量化、自动化方式转变。传统的卫星测控测试仪为单机形式,体积大、可扩展性差,并且设备价格昂贵,已经不能满足目前小卫星及批量化卫星对于卫星测控分系统快速测试的需求。该文研究一种基于PXI总线的板卡式卫星测控测试板卡,仅需要一块标准3U板卡即可实现基于USB信号体制的70MHz中频信号的USB体制卫星的地面测控系统测试需求,并可通过增加板卡数量的形式灵活扩展测控测试通道,实现测控测试系统的快速重构、快速升级

    Abstract:

    With the current surge in small satellite launch missions, the production mode of satellites has changed from single-piece small-batch manual drive to high-automated batch digital drive, and its ground test mode has also changed from the traditional single-satellite test of large satellites to multi-satellite flexible, batch and automated. The traditional satellite measurement and control tester is a stand-alone form, large in size, poor in scalability, and expensive in equipment, which can no longer meet the needs of small satellites and batch satellites for rapid testing of satellite measurement and control subsystems. This paper investigates a board-based satellite measurement and control test board based on the PXI bus, which only requires a standard 3U board to achieve Based on the USB signal system 70MHz intermediate frequency signal USB system satellite ground measurement and control system test requirements, and can be flexibly expanded by increasing the number of boards, to achieve rapid reconstruction and rapid upgrade of the measurement and control test system
