Abstract:In order to support the stable operation of the inter-satellite link network of navigation satellites, improve the monitoring and management capabilities of the inter-satellite link network, solve the problem of insufficient monitoring capabilities of the ground system for the state of the inter-satellite link network, such as hysteresis, and predict the future network trend For the problem of insufficient capability, an inter-satellite link situational awareness model is proposed and constructed, including data preprocessing, index calculation and situation prediction; for surveillance network state indicators, they are obtained by extracting the original telemetry information; Analytical network status indicators, first use manual rules to filter data, then use data mining algorithms to extract effective features, and select parameters with greater correlation to synthesize complex indicators; The network situation is predicted; through experiments, the prediction accuracy of a certain state index is stable at about 98%, and the results show that the model can effectively perceive and predict the future state of the inter-satellite link network, and can detect abnormal state of the inter-satellite link network. It is highly feasible to carry out timely processing.
