Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of command and control system deployed in the army for network switching performance and security, an extensible switching board based on CTC7132 and VPX has been developed.The architecture of the native-made switch board was introduced firstly, then the design methods of each function module, and the extensible features of the board were expounded in detail. Finally, the test about function and environmental adaptability of the switch board were practiced. The test results show that the board has a strong switch ability in -40 °C ~ +60 °C harsh environment, all ports support full-duplex mode with a maximum rate of 984Mbps and low packet loss,at the same time the versatility and extensibility of the board is especially great. The successful development of this board has laid a solid foundation for the application and verification of the localized device in the switching platform .
