    摘要:

    针对现阶段军用指控系统对网络交换性能和安全方面的要求,研发了一款基于CTC7132交换芯片和VPX 体系架构的可扩展交换板。详细阐述了全国产交换板的架构,各功能模块的设计与实现,并对整板进行热设计和仿真,最后对交换板的功能、性能、环境适应性进行了测试验证。测试结果表明:交换板能适应-40℃~+60℃高低温苛刻环境,具备强大的网络交换能力,所有端口支持全双工线速交换,最高速率可达984Mbps,丢包率低,具有很好的通用性和扩展性。该板卡的成功研制为自主可控交换平台的国产化器件应用验证奠定了坚实的基础。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the requirements of command and control system deployed in the army for network switching performance and security, an extensible switching board based on CTC7132 and VPX has been developed.The architecture of the native-made switch board was introduced firstly, then the design methods of each function module, and the extensible features of the board were expounded in detail. Finally, the test about function and environmental adaptability of the switch board were practiced. The test results show that the board has a strong switch ability in -40 °C ~ +60 °C harsh environment, all ports support full-duplex mode with a maximum rate of 984Mbps and low packet loss,at the same time the versatility and extensibility of the board is especially great. The successful development of this board has laid a solid foundation for the application and verification of the localized device in the switching platform .
