    摘要:

    为实现航空飞行器气动舵机性能测试,研制一套可用于多型航空飞行器气动舵机性能测试的通用自动测试平台。本气动舵机通用测试平台采用了电机、扭簧两种形式的加载装置作为加载台,通过舵机与摇臂之间对应运动关系计算所需的几何数据,推导出加载台推杆机构传动方式。同时针对在频率特性检测上的难点做了理论分析,提出单个正弦波扫频测量的解决方法。目前该平台已成功应用于实际生产中,效果良好。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the performance test of pneumatic actuator of aerocraft, a general automatic test platform is developed, which can be used for the performance test of pneumatic actuator of aerocraft. The general testing platform of pneumatic actuator adopts two kinds of loading devices: Motor and torsion spring as loading platform, and calculates the required geometric data through the corresponding motion relationship between the actuator and the rocker arm, the driving mode of push rod mechanism of loading table is deduced. At the same time, the difficulty of frequency characteristic measurement is analyzed theoretically, and the method of single sine wave frequency sweep measurement is proposed. At present, the platform has been successfully applied to the actual production, and the effect is good.
