Abstract:In order to realize the performance test of pneumatic actuator of aerocraft, a general automatic test platform is developed, which can be used for the performance test of pneumatic actuator of aerocraft. The general testing platform of pneumatic actuator adopts two kinds of loading devices: Motor and torsion spring as loading platform, and calculates the required geometric data through the corresponding motion relationship between the actuator and the rocker arm, the driving mode of push rod mechanism of loading table is deduced. At the same time, the difficulty of frequency characteristic measurement is analyzed theoretically, and the method of single sine wave frequency sweep measurement is proposed. At present, the platform has been successfully applied to the actual production, and the effect is good.
