    摘要:

    针对传统建筑审图存在的人工依赖性强、数据难融合共享和审查内容可视化水平低等问题,提出一种基于BIM与知识图谱的建筑智能审图方法;首先,利用知识图谱技术将繁杂的建筑规范文本数据关联为结构化知识,建立知识与数据间的语义联系;其次,鉴于BIM模型的多源异构特性,提出基于IFC的建筑数据信息提取整合,为后续建筑智能化审图实现提供数据基础;最后基于HTML5网络框架和人工智能技术设计开发了具有三维可视化、跨平台等功能的建筑智能审图系统,实现了建筑模型网页端显示及可交互操作、审图内容可视化展示、规范条文对应显示等功能;经实际建筑项目实验测试,该系统有效实现了被审建筑模型的智能化审图,并自动检测出不符合规范的建筑模型构件,一定程度上提升建筑行业智能化审图水平。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of strong manual dependence, difficulty in data fusion and sharing, and low level of review content visualization in traditional architectural review, a method of building intelligent review based on BIM and knowledge graph is proposed. Standardize the association of text data into structured knowledge, and establish the semantic connection between knowledge and data; secondly, in view of the multi-source and heterogeneous characteristics of BIM models, an IFC-based building data information extraction and integration is proposed to provide data for the subsequent realization of intelligent building plan review. Foundation; finally, based on the HTML5 network framework, a building intelligent drawing review system with three-dimensional visualization and cross-platform functions is designed and developed, which realizes the display and interactive operation of the building model on the web page, the visual display of the review content, and the corresponding display of the specification provisions. Through the experimental test of actual construction projects, the system effectively realizes the intelligent drawing review of the architectural model under review, and automatically detects the building model components that do not meet the specifications, which improves the level of intelligent drawing review in the construction industry to a certain extent.
