Abstract:In the fourth industrial revolution, intelligent manufacturing has become the key direction of industrial development, digital twin technology which is an emerging technology can effectively achieve physical information fusion; it is applied to the fault diagnosis and health management of rocket control systems and can further improve the prior accuracy of the fault diagnosis, enhance the reliability of rocket launch; this paper summarizes the research status of digital twin technology in the aerospace sector; firstly combing NASA's digital twin objectives, the domestic field which is based on design, production and support service to classify the digital twin application; secondly, according to the fault tree, expert system, neural network, data-driven method to explain the research status of the fault diagnosis of the system; on the basis of introducing the health management method of digital twin-driven, fault diagnosis of rocket control system driven by digital twin is proposed; detailed introduction of its basic composition framework, analyze key technology and application difficulties and propose basic processes for digital twin health management platforms; this method is expected to achieve the pre-emergency diagnosis and maintenance strategy of rocket control system
