    摘要:

    为较好地评价雷达质量状况,针对雷达系统的功能特性和评估需求,区分监测数据、履历数据和环境数据,构建了雷达质量评估的三层指标体系。为反映监测数据因素的客观性,采用熵权法确定测试数据指标权重。为避免单一隶属函数可能会出现隶属度突变的问题,运用组合隶属函数的方法进行评价。该方法首先计算各指标在不同隶属函数条件下的评价信息,而后对每种隶属函数的评判情况进行组合优化,以增加评估结果的可信度。通过定性分析和定量计算,对某型雷达的质量状态进行了模糊综合评判,验证了该评估算法的有效性,对雷达系统操作应用和维修保障具有一定的参考价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to better evaluate the radar quality, according to the functional characteristics and evaluation requirements of the radar system, monitoring data, historical data and environmental data are distinguished, and a three-layer index system for radar quality evaluation is constructed. In order to reflect the objectivity of the monitoring data factors, the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of the test data indicators. In order to avoid the problem of sudden membership degree of a single membership function, the method of combining membership functions is used for evaluation. The method firstly calculates the evaluation information of each index under different membership function conditions, and then combines and optimizes the evaluation conditions of each membership function to increase the credibility of the evaluation results. Through qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the quality status of a certain type of radar is carried out, and the validity of the evaluation algorithm is verified, which has certain reference value for the operation, application and maintenance of the radar system.
