Abstract:In order to better evaluate the radar quality, according to the functional characteristics and evaluation requirements of the radar system, monitoring data, historical data and environmental data are distinguished, and a three-layer index system for radar quality evaluation is constructed. In order to reflect the objectivity of the monitoring data factors, the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of the test data indicators. In order to avoid the problem of sudden membership degree of a single membership function, the method of combining membership functions is used for evaluation. The method firstly calculates the evaluation information of each index under different membership function conditions, and then combines and optimizes the evaluation conditions of each membership function to increase the credibility of the evaluation results. Through qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the quality status of a certain type of radar is carried out, and the validity of the evaluation algorithm is verified, which has certain reference value for the operation, application and maintenance of the radar system.
