    摘要:

    随着电子与信息技术的飞速发展,视频跟踪器一体化、集成化与智能化程度越来越高,对故障的诊断与定位难度也越来越高,单凭经验和定性分析已经无法满足维修需要。为了提高视频跟踪器功能性能检验及故障定位的效率,一种基于模块化设计的视频跟踪器故障诊断检测方法被提出,并在所提方法的基础上设计了一种检测工装,通过解耦模型将视频跟踪器的功能及数据流进行划分,并利用故障树分析法自上而下进行测试与定性定量分析。对比实验表明,该工装具有较高的适用性,能够简化检验与维修过程,降低操作的难度。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of electronic and information technology, the degree of integration and intelligence of video tracker is higher, and the difficulty of fault diagnosis and location is also higher. Experience and qualitative analysis alone can not meet the needs of maintenance. In order to improve the efficiency of performance test and fault location of video tracker, a fault diagnosis method of video tracker based on modular design is proposed in this paper, and a detection tooling is designed based on the proposed method. The function and data flow of video tracker are divided through decoupling model, and the fault tree analysis method is used for testing and qualitative and quantitative analysis from top to bottom. Experiments demonstares our designed tooling has high applicability, can simplify the inspection and maintenance process and reduce the difficulty of operation.
