Abstract:Aiming at the contradiction between simulation accuracy and performance of digital analog hybrid circuits and the shortage of mainstream chips and circuit modules in simulation tools when simulating industrial complex digital analog hybrid circuits, a model architecture of digital analog hybrid simulation platform in bonding mode is proposed. Based on this architecture, a software based on Simulink is designed and implemented, By embedding the mainstream simulation engine of digital circuit and analog circuit to obtain the digital analog hybrid circuit simulation platform supported by sufficient mainstream chips and circuit modules, a simulation control mode combined with topology sorting algorithm is designed to realize the flow and modular digital analog hybrid simulation of industrial complex circuits; Finally, the effectiveness of the simulation platform is verified by the simulation of a typical digital analog hybrid circuit which can be logically split in timing.
