Abstract:Distribution cabinet is one of the indispensable equipment in electrical system; In the manufacturing process of distribution cabinet, the correctness detection of line wiring is a cumbersome, time-consuming and error prone work, which is difficult to realize automation; At present, the detection of the wiring of the distribution cabinet is mainly completed manually, and the professional technicians find the devices and wiring terminals according to the circuit wiring diagram for detection; In order to reduce the work intensity of wiring inspection personnel and improve the inspection efficiency, an intelligent wiring inspection auxiliary system is designed and implemented; A method of using the hierarchical panel wiring layout with the combination of virtual and real to guide the inspectors to quickly locate the detection points is proposed, which reduces the search time of the detection points and improves the work efficiency; Aiming at the problem of panel wiring layout drawing in the system, a man-machine interactive drawing interface is designed and implemented. Combined with the technology in the field of computer vision, an electronic device detection method based on YOLOX is proposed. By identifying and locating the common electronic devices on the distribution cabinet, the rapid generation of panel wiring layout drawing is realized and the efficiency of wiring quality detection is improved.
