    摘要:

    核电站运行期间需要对一回路系统进行硼浓度在线监测,以便及时发现硼稀释事故,确保反应堆安全。为保证监测结果的准确性,需要对硼浓度监测系统进行定期标定。为了提高定期标定的效率,提出了一种新型自动标定方法,分别从控制参数自动获取和标定系数自动获取两方面开展研究;控制参数自动获取通过远程数字调节技术自动调节工作高压和甄别阈;标定系数自动获取利用基于数据统计涨落的方法来自动记录中子计数率。应用效果表明:硼浓度监测系统的控制参数实现了坪阈曲线自动绘制,标定试验实现了标定系数的自动计算,测量结果的最大误差满足系统技术要求。该标定方法适用于硼浓度监测系统的标定,满足该系统定期标定的准确性和效率性要求。

    Abstract:

    During operation of nuclear power plant, boron concentration of the primary system has to be monitored for timely finding the boron dilution accident and ensuring the reactor safety. To ensure the accuracy of the monitoring results, it is necessary to calibrate the boron concentration monitoring system regularly. This research aims to propose an effective method for the calibration of boron concentration monitoring system. A new automatic calibration method, which is studied on automatic acquisition of control parameters and calibration coefficients, is designed for improving the efficiency. The automatic acquisition method of control parameters is about automatically adjusting high voltages and screening thresholds by using the remote digital regulation technology. The automatic acquisition method of calibration coefficients is about automatically recording neutron counting rates by using the statistical fluctuation method. The results show that the plateau curve and threshold curve can be drawn automatically in the process of control parameter acquisition, the calibration coefficients can be calculated automatically in the process of calibration experiment, and the maximum error of experiment results meets the technical requirements of boron meter. This calibration method is suitable for the calibration of boron concentration monitoring systems, and meets the accuracy and efficiency requirements for periodic calibration.
