    摘要:

    随着海南省气象业务的快速发展和社会公众对气象预报、预警服务的日益关注,建设海南气象信息服务网,形成海南气象系统内部统一的省级气象信息服务平台,是海南省气象现代化建设的重要任务之一。基于全国综合气象信息共享平台China Integrated Meteorological Information Service System(CIMISS)的基础气象数据,整合相关业务单位的数据资源,利用统一的数据收集、处理及存储方式,采用Model + View + Controller(MVC)开发模式,使用J2EE应用架构Struts + Spring + Hibernate(SSH)研发一个集预报预警、气象监测和决策服务等功能于一体的信息服务平台,实现省级气象观测数据和预报产品的集约共享服务。目前,平台已投入业务试运行,运行稳定,具有高可用性和高可靠性,为社会公众提供及时、有效的基础气象数据服务产品。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of Hainan provincial meteorological services, the public are paying more and more attention to weather forecast and early warning services. The construction of Hainan meteorological information service website and the form- ation of a unified provincial-level meteorological service platform within the Hainan meteorological system is one of the important tasks of Hainan"s meteorological modernization. With the basic meteorological data of national integrated meteorological information sharing platform CIMISS, an information service website was designed by MVC development mode and was and developed by SSH application architecture of J2EE,combining the characteristics of Hainan meteorological data and business products. The platform was running in the business intensive environment that was established by integrating the data resources of relevant business units, providing forecast and early warning, weather monitoring and decision-making for users. The stable work result of the platform with high availability and high reliability showed that it can provide service products of basic meteorological data for the public timely and effectively.
