    为了有效监测养殖场内肉鸡的健康状况,需要采集现场的音频信号,从中识别出鸣叫声与咳嗽声等生命体征信息,本研究设计了一种基于无线传输技术的肉鸡养殖场音频采集系统。系统由采集终端、无线通信模块与远程服务器组成。无线通信模块作为采集终端与远程服务器之间的通信媒介,用于建立两者之间的Socket连接。远程传输正常时,采集终端工作于定时或实时工作模式,将采集的音频信号经带通与谱减法滤波后发送至远程服务器存储。远程传输异常时,采集终端将不同工作模式下采集与处理的音频信号保存至SD卡存储模块。现场测试表明:采集终端能够根据设定的工作模式进行5 min时长音频信号的采集,采集的音频信号能够在10 s内快速传输至远程服务器保存,滤波前后音频信号的信噪比平均提升幅度为1.862。统计一个月时间内传输与保存的音频信号,得出总丢包率在0.3%以内。该系统为后续肉鸡健康状况监测的研究提供了重要的音频(数据)来源,因而具有较高的实用价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to effectively monitor the health of broilers in the farm, it is necessary to collect live audio signals to identify vital signs information such as chirping and coughing. So, this research designed an audio collection system for broiler farm based on wireless transmission technology. The system consists of the collection terminal, the wireless communication module and the remote server. The wireless communication module is used as the communication medium between the collection terminal and the remote server to establish a Socket connection between the two. When the remote transmission is normal, the collection terminal works in a timing or real-time working mode, and the collected audio signal is filtered by Bandpass and Spectral Subtraction and sent to the remote server for storage. When the remote transmission is abnormal, the collection terminal saves the audio signals collected and processed in different working modes to the SD card storage module. The test results show that the collection terminal can collect 5 min-long audio signals according to the set working mode. The collected audio signals can be quickly transmitted to the remote server for storage within 10 s. The average increase in signal-to-noise ratio of the audio signals before and after filtering is 1.862. Counting the audio signals transmitted and saved within a month, it is concluded that the total packet loss rate is within 0.3%. The system provides an important source of audio (data) for the follow-up study of broiler health monitoring, so it has high practical value.
