Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low detection accuracy and poor early warning timeliness of traditional severe weather monitoring and early warning systems, a severe weather monitoring and early warning system based on satellite remote sensing data is proposed. Use the read-write function of the GDAL software to process the basic information of the remote sensing image that has been read, and then calculate the value based on the radiation calibration and brightness temperature to complete the pre-processing module design of the satellite remote sensing image. Connect the logical structure of the plug-in module, and use the platform plug-in to be integrated to control the lower-level remote sensing information display and early warning module to realize the design and application of the severe weather monitoring and early warning system. According to the system's multi-threaded synchronization and communication relationship, the cloud recognition processing of remote sensing data is completed, and the real-time interaction between the satellite remote sensing program and the severe weather monitoring and early warning module is realized. The wind direction indicator is selected as the experimental object, and the analysis and comparison of experimental data shows that under different wind direction conditions, the wind direction indicators detected by the satellite remote sensing monitoring system are in a significant state and can respond to the early warning commands of the system host in a timely manner.
