Abstract:The helicopter rotor model wind tunnel test is a high speed and high risk dynamic test. In order to guarantee the safety of the test, it is necessary to monitor the running state of the power drive system in real time, accurately and reliably ,which is the key driving equipment of the test rig, and take reliable protection measures according to the running state. In this paper, based on the main control PLC of the power system, the information island between each system of the test rig is established. A method of grading evaluation and risk assessment of the equipment running state based on the analysis of historical data is proposed, and the running state of the power system is judged according to the real-time running data, and safe operation suggestions are given. The application results of wind tunnel test show that the intelligent monitoring and safety protection design data analysis of the rotor model test rig constructed in this paper are scientific, the condition monitoring is real-time and the safety protection is reliable. It improves the safety and reliability of helicopter test.
