Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing electro-hydraulic servo system of a certain missile, such as slow dynamic response speed, complex structure, poor reliability and difficult maintenance, a design scheme of current / position / speed three closed loop feedback control system based on high power brushless DC motor was proposed. The combination mode of DSP and FPGA was adopted. The functions of system initialization, three closed-loop control algorithm and PWM signal generation were realized in the main control program of DSP and timing logic control of each functional circuit was realized in FPGA. By constructing a test system consisting of a simulation guidance computer, a 1553B bus communication network and a steering gear control system, the feasibility of the design scheme of the three-loop electric steering gear control system proposed in this paper was verified. The missile electric steering gear control system owns the advantages of large output torque, fast response speed, high control accuracy, long service life and good maintainability.
