    摘要:

    真空是风洞群开展试验必备的动力资源。作为风洞群动力保障之一,真空泵组具有数量多、分布分散、结构复杂、集成度高、运行噪声大等特点。为满足真空泵组设备健康管理和维修决策支持的需要,设计并研制了风洞群真空泵组集中监测与智能故障诊断系统。该系统采用PLC隔离通信、数据可视化、设备状态监测及智能预警、基于故障机理和规则推理的专家系统等技术,实现了真空泵组的集中监测和故障智能诊断,解决了风洞动力设备故障预判和提前预警困难、故障定位不易准确、缺乏专家知识库等问题。经实用验证,该系统实现了风洞群真空泵组故障预判,提高了综合诊断监测效率,值得推广。

    Abstract:

    Vacuum is a necessary dynamic resource for wind group test. As one of the wind tunnel power resources supply system, vacuum pumps have the characteristics of plentiful in number, dispersed distribution, complex structure, high integration, heavy running noise and so on. In order to meet the needs of equipment health management and maintenance decision support for vacuum pumps, the centralized monitoring and intelligent fault diagnostic system was designed and developed. The adoption of technologies of PLC isolation communication, data visualization, equipment condition monitoring and intelligent earing warning, expert system based on fault mechanism and rule reasoning, enables centralized monitoring and fault diagnosis and analysis, solves the problems of fault prediction and early warning of power resources supply equipment, the difficulty of fault location, the lack of expert knowledge base. The system has been verified to realize the fault prediction of vacuum pumps, and improve the efficiency of comprehensive monitoring and diagnosis, which is worth popularizing.
