Abstract:The driving safety of tanker trucks has always been an important part of the traffic safety research. In order to ensure the safety of the tank during transporting, the tank status is monitored to avoid the tank tilt, excessive temperature or oil leakage. This paper adopts some key technologies such as electronic lead seal and General packet radio service (GPRS) network, adopts system-on-chip (SOC) embedded development scheme, takes SI1000 chip as the controller minimum system, and develops a tanker tank state acquisition system. The system can collect real-time data on the tank tilt angle, tank surface temperature, oil opening and closing valve during tanker trucks driving, and send an alarm signal on the abnormal data to remind the driver to handle the abnormal state in time and avoid accidents. The system has a low development cost and high reliability to meet the demand for tank state monitoring in the actual transportation of tank trucks.
