    摘要:

    利用网络地理信息系统,更好地将地理信息数据与气象信息数据进行融合分析,预测出准确的气象特征,完成气象的安全监测预警工作,为此设计基于WebGIS的特殊气象特征安全监测预警系统,在系统硬件区域内更新设计系统运行的基本架构,为系统软件区域提供运行基础。在系统的软件区域融入最新系列的网络地理信息系统,排除环境因素对于气象特征预测的干扰,完成特殊气象特征的预测,实现基于WebGIS的特殊气象特征安全监测预警系统的功能。最后通过对比实验测试,证明设计的特殊气象特征安全监测预警具有综合分析能力,对于特殊气象特的预测不具有延时性,从而提高系统对气象事件预测的准确效果,最快速度做出防范措施,降低气象带来的危害。

    Abstract:

    Using network geographic information system, will be better geographic information data with the meteorological information data fusion analysis, estimate the meteorological features of accurate, safety monitoring and early warning of meteorological work, designed for this special meteorological characteristics of safety monitoring and early warning system based on WebGIS, update in the area of the system hardware design basic architecture of the system operation, Provide the operating foundation for the system software area. In the software area of the system, the latest series of network geographic information system is integrated to eliminate the interference of environmental factors for the prediction of meteorological features, to complete the prediction of special meteorological features, and to realize the function of the security monitoring and early warning system of special meteorological features based on WebGIS. Finally, through comparative experimental tests, it is proved that the designed safety monitoring and early warning of special meteorological features has comprehensive analysis ability, and the prediction of special meteorological features does not have delay, so as to improve the accuracy of meteorological event prediction effect of the system, the fastest speed to take preventive measures, reduce the harm brought by meteorological.
