Abstract:To improve the hardware resource utilization and channel switching efficiency of multi-channel signal system, a signal switching device using the wide signal range analog switch array AD75019 as core component has been designed. It implements any connection and switch between 32 input channels to 32 output channels can be made by this device, and the channel switching response time is less than 100 ms after completing the channels connection configuration. This device supports the dual power supply mode of external power source and built-in rechargeable battery, and can configure the connection state between channels through the touch liquid crystal display screen, which ensure the convenience and flexibility of the device. Meanwhile, a high density connector was used to further reduce the volume and weight of the device, which also improve the portability of the device. The test results showed that the signal switching device avoided the work of sorting out the cable and plug/unplug the interface in the multi-channel signal system, which significantly improved the channel switching efficiency and pairing reliability of the system. This device can be widely used in large-scale measurement, control and test systems.
