Abstract:With the improvement of equipment system integration and informatization, the reliability of complex equipment is very important, and it is of great significance to evaluate the health status of complex equipment. Health degree is a quantitative evaluation method for equipment health status. This paper summarizes the development status and evaluation methods of complex equipment health by sorting out the related literature at home and abroad in recent years, and classifies and analyzes various evaluation methods. The weight problem, sample imbalance problem and the problem between health degree and failure rate in health evaluation are emphasized. Combined with the characteristics of complex equipment and the latest research progress in this field, the future research ideas and development direction are proposed.
