基于舰载平台的近程反导武器系统作战能力评估方法研究

摘要:

近程反导武器系统由于受到载舰平台的安装位置、雷达探测能力等影响,其作战能力难以全部发挥,为了摸清该系统装舰后的实际作战能力,本文综合运用层次分析法、专家打分法、指数法等评估方法,构建了近程反导武器系统作战能力指标体系,并对指标体系进行了二次优化,建立评估模型、构造判断矩阵及计算指标权重、处理评估指标和试验数据,最后得出近程反导武器系统作战能力评估结果。

Abstract:

For the influence on installation position and radar detection capability of shipborne platform, short range antimissile weapon system operation capability is difficult to bring into play.To fumble actual operation capability, this paper synthetically adopts evaluation methods of analytic hierarchy process and expert mark and exponential, designs index system of short range antimissile weapon system operation capability, optimizes index system, establishes evaluation model, constructs judgement matrix, calculates Index weighting, deals with data of evaluation index and test, gains evaluation result of short range antimissile weapon system operation capability.
