Abstract:The currently designed free-jet wind tunnel system heating airflow simulation software measures the force value of the airflow surface that is prone to coupling resonance, which leads to a large error in the measured flow. In order to solve the above problems, a new free jet wind tunnel system heating air flow simulation software is designed based on LabVIEW. The software program includes the free jet wind tunnel system heating air flow adjustment, heating air sequence control, air flow simulation software, etc., through and acquisition node Cooperate to complete data collection, processing and analysis. Using LabVIEW technology, data such as heating air pressure and gain frequency are displayed on the program soft panel, and the pressure and changes of the heating air flow can be visually displayed. According to the heating airflow simulation software, the program of the development test and control system is simplified, the software debugging process is simpler and easier to operate, and the platform and generalization of the software test program and control program flow development are realized. The experimental results show that the heating air flow simulation software of the free jet wind tunnel system based on LabVIEW can reduce the coupling resonance of the force value of the air flow surface and reduce the measurement flow error.
