Abstract:To solve the capability requirement for integrated analysis methods during vehicle testing on the ground, fault diagnosis and prediction for the flight process, and decision-making methods of fault treatment, a rocket health management system for vehicle testing and launching base on digital twin is proposed in this paper. In this scheme, a digital simulation and multisource model is build for vehicle testing and launching, and the model can optimize the health management function. By using the information interaction between real rocket and digital twin rocket, the real-time information of the rocket is collected by the data acquisition module of the system, and the evolution of the digital twin of the rocket launch scenes are also accomplished by this module. With the digital twin technology, the data analysis for testing, collaborative diagnosis and decision-making for flight can be improved. This system can improve the reliability of rocket launch, and support the rocket launch mission success. Meanwhile, some key technologies need further breakthrough and development in the future.
