    目前研究的电气负载监控系统通信纠错率较低,导致逻辑代码编写结果与实际情况不符,造成航天器电气负载监控准确率较差的问题,为了解决该问题,基于STM32设计一种新的航天器电气负载监控系统。分别设计电气负载监控系统的硬件和软件。系统硬件主要设计了嵌入式数据接口以及外接设备、驱动芯片以及监控继电器控制模块,WLAN驱动芯片能够有效降低成本和功耗,提高通信速率。通过电气负载监控执行实现软件功能,建立电力负载管理中心软件,提高监控系统的通信能力,提升负载监控的准确性。实验结果表明,基于STM32的航天器电气负载监控系统能够有效提高通信纠错率,增强逻辑代码编写结果与实际结果,对航天器电气负载监控的准确率较高,具有一定的实际应用性。

    Abstract:

    At present, the communication error correction rate of the electrical load monitoring system is low, which leads to the result of logic code writing is not consistent with the actual situation, resulting in the poor accuracy of spacecraft electrical load monitoring. In order to solve this problem, a new spacecraft electrical load monitoring system is designed based on STM32. The hardware and software of the electrical load monitoring system are designed respectively. The hardware of the system mainly designs embedded data interface, external equipment, driver chip and monitoring relay control module. WLAN driver chip can effectively reduce cost and power consumption and improve communication rate. The software function is realized through the implementation of electrical load monitoring, and the software of power load management center is established to improve the communication ability of the monitoring system and the accuracy of load monitoring. The experimental results show that the spacecraft electrical load monitoring system based on STM32 can effectively improve the communication error correction rate, enhance the logic code writing results and actual results, has high accuracy for spacecraft electrical load monitoring, and has a certain practical application.
