Abstract:The currently proposed online monitoring and diagnosis system for CNC machinery has low temperature acquisition accuracy, which leads to poor stability and accuracy of the diagnosis process. For this reason, a new online monitoring and diagnosis system for CNC machinery is designed based on CRIO to better analyze CNC The operating state of the machine. The overall structure of the system is composed of two major modules: CNC machine tool online monitoring module and remote equipment management and fault diagnosis module. The hardware equipment includes nTI CPIO driver, new servo motor, acquisition card, sensor and PC upper computer. Multi-parameter online monitoring module is set respectively , Network control module, equipment management module and fault diagnosis module. Use LabView to compile the software language, extract the operating state data of the CNC machine from the collected signals, estimate the standard deviation through Grubbs criterion, remove the error data, and output valid data. Complete data collection and storage, and realize the design of online monitoring and diagnosis system for CNC machinery. The experimental results show that the online monitoring and diagnosis system for CNC machinery based on CRIO can effectively improve the accuracy of acquisition and enhance the accuracy and stability of the online monitoring and diagnosis system for CNC machinery.
