    摘要:

    传统的基于卫星遥测的故障定位方式,存在故障发现时间晚、故障定位难、故障恢复时间长等问题,不适应于导航定位的高可用性、高连续性的要求。为了提高导航卫星的服务能力,提出了一种导航卫星载荷自主健康管理的方法,设计了全系统的健康管理策略,具有全系统自主监测、逐级定位、快速恢复的优势,同时采用冗余对比的方法排除监测单元自身故障所引入的虚警,提高了系统的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    The traditional fault location method based on satellite telemetry has some problems, such as late fault detection time, difficult fault location and long fault recovery time. It is not suitable for the high availability and high continuity of navigation and positioning. In order to improve the service ability of navigation satellite, a method of autonomous health management of navigation satellite load is proposed, and the health management strategy of the whole system is designed, which has the advantages of independent monitoring, level by level positioning and rapid recovery of the whole system. At the same time, the method of redundancy comparison is used to eliminate the false alarm caused by the fault of monitoring unit, which improves the reliability of the system.
