    针对现有火化机质量检测方式落后、检测能力不足等问题,设计了基于面向仪器系统的外围组件互连扩展(Peripheral Component Interconnection extensions for Instrumentation, PXI)平台的通用火化机质量检测系统。系统采用分级管理原则,分为现场检测子系统和车载检测子系统,两者核心设备均采用PXI平台架构。现场检测子系统利用传感器采集火化机各项质量检测所需数据,并传输至车载检测子系统;车载检测子系统接收来自现场检测子系统的数据进行数据处理及分析,并发送至远程数据中心。系统基于PXI平台可具备各种信号类型的传感器数据采集能力,以兼容现有不同型号的火化机,同时可通过扩展升级支持未来火化机的质量检测。比对实验结果表明,系统检测精度和性能满足火化机质量检测要求。

    Abstract:

    A universal cremator machine test system based on the peripheral component interconnection extensions for instrumentation (PXI) is designed to solve the problems of the existing cremator machine such as the backward testing methods and the lack of testing ability. The system adopts the principle of hierarchical management and is divided into on-site test subsystem and on-board test subsystem, PXI platform architecture is adopted for the core equipment of both. The on-site test subsystem uses sensors to collect the data needed for various quality tests of cremation machine, and transmits it to the on-board test subsystem. The on-board test subsystem receives the data from the on-site test subsystem for data processing and analysis, and sends it to the remote data center. Based on PXI platform, the system can be equipped with the data acquisition capability of sensors of various signal types to be compatible with existing cremator machine of different types. Meanwhile, it can be extended and upgraded to support the quality detection of future cremator machine. The comparison experiment results show that the system test accuracy and performance meet the requirements of cremation machine test.
