Based on the background that only limited projection data of combustion surface can be obtained in the actual test process of SRM Ignition test. On the basis of the algorithm, the minimum image is constrained by the total variation of the image to improve the quality of image edge reconstruction; increased the number of magnetic lines of the microwave CT imaging field in order to add the amount of imaging information, so as to achieve the optimal reconstruction of the image of different diameter solid rocket motor"s fire surface displacement. The simulation example is used to verify the method, and the error between the reconstruction value and the actual value is less than 1mm , in line with reconstruction requirements. The effectiveness of the optimal reconstruction method of the combustion surface displacement of SRM Ignition test is proved.
