    摘要:

    新型设备的研制需要开展整机的运行测试试验,用于设备的指标考核。监控系统作为运行试验系统中的重要组成部分,对于获取宝贵数据,保障设备的长期稳定运行起到至关重要的作用。对于上万点规模的监控系统而言,除了系统检测控制功能的实现外,系统的准确度、响应速度、稳定性是研制的关键点。文章针对某设备的大规模运行试验监控系统的研制情况,围绕总体架构、软硬件设计、数据接口设计、数据分析及存储设计、人机交互等核心问题进行了阐述。该监控系统基于Rockwell自动化产品研制。上层管理层采用CS架构设计,现场站控制层由工控一体机和PLC组成,底层设备层由各检测装置、仪表、执行部件组成。研制的监控系统长期运行准确、稳定、可靠。

    Abstract:

    The development of new equipment needs to carry out the operation test of the whole machine, this is used for equipment index assessment. The test and monitoring system is an important part, it plays a vital role in obtaining valuable data and ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment. For a monitoring system with tens of thousands of points, the key points of development include system accuracy, response speed, and stability, in addition to the realization of system detection and control functions. This article describes the overall architecture, software and hardware design, data interface design, data analysis and storage design, and other issues of a monitoring system for large-scale operation test. The monitoring system is developed with Rockwell automation products. The upper management adopts the CS architecture, the field station control layer is composed of industrial computer and PLC, the bottom equipment layer is composed of various detection devices, meters, and execution components. The monitoring system is accurate, stable and reliable for long-term operation.
