Abstract:There is a difference between the logic variables between the fault sensor and the fault algorithm in the traditional UAV fault diagnosis system. When the fault point exists in the sensor structure, the fault data can not be sensed and fed back in time, which leads to the abnormal analysis of the system software analysis algorithm, and the fault diagnosis accuracy is poor. Therefore, the design of UAV fault diagnosis system based on telemetry data analysis is proposed. This paper introduces telemetry data analysis technology, establishes fault diagnosis hardware based on telemetry data analysis, creates fault data acquisition unit, fault data conditioning unit and fault data communication unit, and adopts m1401 in the three hardware units The 8-channel module data acquisition card, cy7c68013a-56pvxi multi-mode data analysis processor, ep3c16q240c8n communication IC are used to build UAV fault diagnosis platform based on telemetry data analysis. With the hardware performance, the software part optimizes the fault diagnosis strategy and algorithm. The experimental data show that: the design system can achieve accurate fault diagnosis in three dimensions of UAV software fault, hardware fault and control fault, and effectively solve the problems of traditional diagnosis system.
