    摘要:

    静力加载试验谱是根据静力加载试验中的载荷表形成的加载谱形,由不同的目标值和其它参数组成。试验加载谱的生成过程指按规定时间和曲线类型运行到指定值的过程。参照当前主流控制系统中上位机的操作流程,实现一种基于FPGA的加载谱生成与控制算法,满足现有控制系统中对试验加载谱和命令的操作,包括连续加载谱的生成、谱的单步调节、单点控制、选择谱段控制等操作,为自主控制器的开发奠定基础。

    Abstract:

    The static loading test spectrum is the loading spectrum formed according to the loading table in the static loading test, which is composed of different target values and other parameters. The generation process of test load spectrum refers to process of running to the specified value according to the specified time and curve type. Refer to the upper computer in the current mainstream control system. The operating process realizes an algorithm of generation and controlling the load spectrum based on FPGA, which satisfies the operation of the test load spectrum and command in the existing control system. It includes the generation of the continuous loading spectrum, the single-step adjustment of the spectrum, the single-point control, the selection of the spectrum segment control and other operations, so as to lay the foundation for the development of the autonomous controller.
