Abstract:Aeroengine high-speed libration intelligent monitoring system is designed and implemented using the configuration of CPCI and modularization. According to the characteristics of aeroengine’s high-speed libration signal, this paper designs signal acquisition and processing module based on DSP, and the module implement synchronization acquisition and data processing of multi-channel libration signal. Intelligent monitoring and data recording module is designed using FPGA and PowerPC. The intelligent monitoring of libration data is implemented by multithreading DSP software. The results of experimental and testing show that the system is meeting the technical application requirements of flight safety real-time monitoring.
