Abstract:The High-voltage switchgear is an important power equipment that controls circuit opening and closing in the power system. Online monitoring of high-voltage switchgear can monitor its running status in real time, thereby providing data sources for fault diagnosis, prediction, electrical life, insulation and other analysis, which can improve the overall reliability of high-voltage switchgear and the reduction of downtime. The data acquisition and monitoring device is the core device of the online monitoring system. This device designs as a high-speed data acquisition and monitoring system based on FPGA+STM32 Dual processor architecture. It can achieve high-speed parallel data acquisition, processing and transmission because of flexible programmable features of FPGA and powerful processing capabilities and peripheral interfaces of STM32 microcontroller. It exchanges data through FSMC interface between FPGA and STM32. This device acquires multiple sensors data of the high-voltage switchgear, and uses an industrial serial LCD as the local HMI. At the same time it uploads data to remote terminal by the ethernet interface using TCP protocol. It accomplishes online data acquisition and monitoring system for high-voltage switchgear.
