Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low meter reading efficiency and difficulty in data management of current mechanical membrane gas meters, a remote meter reading system for smart membrane gas meters based on NB-IoT data transmission is designed. The system is based on STM32. The controller performs data processing and command control, uses the OV7670 image sensor to collect gas meter calibration values, realizes data transmission through NB-IoT, and finally conducts centralized analysis and persistent storage of data in the Internet of Things cloud, giving remote meter reading The detailed software and hardware design method of the system. Experimental tests show that the system can accurately obtain gas meter data, operate stably and efficiently, solve the problems of traditional membrane gas meters, meet the requirements of remote meter reading application scenarios, and has a good application prospect.
