    摘要:

    伴随国家地质勘探、基础设施建设和信息技术的不断发展,传统以人工采样、离线实验、专家评判为特点的岩土体成分分析的方法有待改善。静力触探实验作为典型原位测试方法,由于其高效、准确、土体扰动小、数据连续性好等特点,越来越多的在岩土工程中得到应用。此外,静力触探实验是评价工程地质条件、评估地质灾害的重要手段。因此,对成套静力触探系统的研究也越来越多。 首先介绍基带板的设计,其中包括数据采集模块设计,数据存储模块设计,探头倾斜管控模块设计,基带板通讯模块设计,时间同步模块设计和数字温控传感模块设计,完成了对下位机的设计和开发。 其次,通过RTC时钟界面、参数设置界面和数据传输界面设计,完成了上位机的设计,方便与计算机进行交互。 最后,通过实验结果对该简易静力触探采集系统进行功能分析。 通过高性能、低成本的STM32与各种外围芯片相结合的方式,设计了基带板软硬件配置策略。同时进行上位机功能研发,完成了基于STM32的简易静力触探采集系统的设计,实现了高性价比的岩体成分分析解决方案,完成了多种模式下对岩体数据的采集、存储和传输,为工程的前期分析提供重要支撑。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous development of national geological exploration, infrastructure construction and information technology, the traditional method of rock and soil composition analysis characterized by manual sampling, off-line experiment and expert judgment needs to be improved. As a typical in-situ test method, static cone penetration test is more and more used in geotechnical engineering because of its high efficiency, accuracy, small soil disturbance and good data continuity. In addition, static penetration test is an important method to evaluate engineering geological conditions and geological hazards. Therefore, there are more and more studies on the complete set of static penetration system. Firstly, the design of baseband board is introduced, including data acquisition module design, data storage module design, probe tilt control module design, baseband board communication module design, time synchronization module design and digital temperature control sensor module design, to design and develop the lower computer. Secondly, through the design of RTC clock interface, parameter setting interface and data transmission interface, the design of the host computer is completed to facilitate interaction with the computer. Finally, through the experimental results, a functional analysis of the simple static penetration probe acquisition system was carried out. Through the combination of high-performance and low-cost STM32 and various peripheral chips, the hardware and software configuration strategy of the baseband board is designed. At the same time, the research and development of the host computer function was completed, the design of the simple static penetration surveying system based on STM32 was completed, and the cost-effective rock mass component analysis solution was realized. To provide important support for the preliminary analysis of the project.
