    某机载特种设备悬挂于飞机外部,舱内精密仪器对温度敏感,需要工作在10℃~30℃温度范围内。研究设计了一种适用于某机载特种设备舱的高可靠温度控制系统,系统采用纯硬件电路控制加温通路,通过软件上报温控系统工作状态。为了提高系统可靠性,采取了分区独立控制设计、温度传感器和电加温元件冗余设计、温度控制电路三判二设计等多种措施。测试和试验结果表明,温度采集精度优于0.4℃,加温通路接通的精度优于0.4℃,加温通路断开的精度优于0.2℃,温控系统可以将舱内温度稳定控制在10℃~30℃范围内。

    Abstract:

    An airborne special equipment is hung outside the aircraft, and the precision instrument inside the cabin is sensitive to temperature. It needs to work at the temperature range of 10℃~30℃. A high reliable temperature control system is designed for an airborne special equipment cabin. The system uses pure hardware circuit to control the heating path, and reports the working state of the temperature control system through software. In order to improve the reliability of the system, several measures are taken, such as the design of independent control in different areas, the redundant design of temperature sensor and electric heating element, and the design of three judge two of temperature control circuit. The test results show that the accuracy of temperature acquisition is better than 0.4℃ the accuracy of heating channel connection is better than 0.4℃, the accuracy of heating channel disconnection is better than 0.2℃, and the temperature control system can stably control the cabin temperature within the range of 10℃~30℃.
