Abstract:Orthopedic insole has a significant effect on the treatment of foot diseases and biological diseases caused by feet. With the help of 3D printing technology, orthotic insoles can be manufactured efficiently and conveniently. The change of the thickness of the insole has a great influence on the position of the foot pain point and the local concentration of the sole, which seriously affects the correction effect. In view of the 3D printing design model of the orthopedic insole suitable for the patient's walking, the geometric model and stress data of the sole are needed, but the existing model parameters mostly depend on the doctor's experience to quantify its size. Therefore, this paper puts forward the method of using the wearable plantar pressure detection device to obtain the plantar pressure data of patients, and calculate the local thickening thickness of orthotic insole according to the position and size of the pressure center track. After the personalized customization process, the correction goal can be achieved more scientifically.
