    摘要:

    某试验设备是开展风扇、压气机和涡轮叶片相关试验研究的重要手段,配套的测控系统对于试验设备的安全运行、状态监控、数据采集、数据处理都非常重要。测控系统采用基于网络化的三层结构,上位计算机通过工业以太网监控核心控制器、PLC以及测量系统,试验现场采用核心控制器完成关键参数的集中控制,PLC完成各子系统的本地控制,测量系统采用基于PXIe的数采系统。依据测控系统的技术要求及技术指标,完成了总体方案和子系统详细设计,并阐述了设计中的技术难点及解决措施。调试结果结合两个典型状态的数据曲线,说明本设计完全满足各项技术指标要求,经实际应用证明了基于网络化的测控系统设计合理,满足试验要求。

    Abstract:

    A certain test facility is an important means to carry out experimental research on fans, compressors and turbine blades. The measurement and control system is crucial for the safe operation, condition monitoring, data acquisition and data processing of the facility. Three-layer structure based on network is adopted in the measurement and control system. Host computers monitor core controller, PLC and measurement system through industrial Ethernet. The core controller is used to control the key parameters. Local control is completed by PLC. The measurement system is based on PXIe system. According to the measurement and control system’s technical requirements and indicators, the overall scheme of the system and detailed design of each systems is completed, meanwhile the technological difficulties and solutions are elaborated. The debugging results are combined with the data curves of two typical states, which show that the design fully meets the technical indicators. The practical application shows that the design of the network-based measurement and control system is reasonable, and meet the test demands.
