摘要:

在我国医疗发展中,医联体的作用越加越显著,医联体分级医疗、双向转诊的模式使得群众方便就医,充分发挥了三级医院的龙头作用,极大的促进了现代医疗的建设与发展。在医联体建设中,医院间数据共享时需要保障数据的安全,并需要建立明确的协议标准,传统的医联体架构已无法解决这些问题。采用区块链中的联盟链技术,根据区块链的去中心化、安全保障等特点,对现代医联体建设提出新的技术思想与系统构架,保障了医联体医院间数据传输的数据安全问题,使医联体更好地适应医疗领域发展。

Abstract:

In the medical development of our country, the role of medical consortium is more and more significant. The mode of hierarchical medical treatment and two-way referral of medical consortium makes it convenient for the masses to seek medical treatment, which gives full play to the leading role of tertiary hospitals and promotes the construction and development of modern medical treatment. In the construction of medical consortium, data security should be guaranteed when data is Shared between hospitals, and clear protocol standards should be established. Traditional medical consortium architecture cannot solve these problems. This paper adopts the alliance chain technology in the block chain, and puts forward a new technical idea and system framework for the construction of modern medical consortium based on the decentralization and security features of the block chain, so as to make the medical consortium better adapt to the development of the medical field.
