General Research on Maintenance Requirement of Railway Vehicle

摘要:

直接维修成本和服务可靠性是衡量车辆市场竞争力的重要指标,目前轨道交通领域缺乏系统性研究,为了将检修需求贯彻至车辆设计,构建了检修需求指标体系,提出了轨道车辆检修需求全寿命周期管理方法,结合工程实际阐述了如何通过检修需求管理约束车辆设计。

Abstract:

The direct maintenance costs and operational reliability are two of the important indicators to measure vehicle market competitiveness. Due to the lack of systematic research in the field of railway industry, and in order to set maintenance requirements into the vehicle design, this paper hereby sets up an index system of maintenance requirements and proposes the whole life cycle management method of railway vehicle maintenance requirements. Finally, this paper combines the theory with the engineering practice, expounding how to constrain the design of the vehicle through the maintenance requirements management.
