    摘要:

    某型载机可挂装四型空空导弹及配套发射装置,同型导弹单架次可挂装四枚以上。挂飞前的载机发射控制性能测试中,存在待测接口信号多、测试效率低、需多个弹型测试设备等问题。采用模块化方法设计一型综合检查仪,由PC104控制平台、四个基于DSP的测试终端、GPS处理模块、数据链/射频处理模块、双显示模块等构成,实现了4弹型模拟及接口测试,4挂点并行测试,GPS信号测试、射频/数据链通道测试等多种功能,满足了该型载机挂弹前的测试需求。通过接口复用设计和双显示设计,提高设备易用性。产品装备后,四挂点测试时间小于10分钟,弹型/挂点切换时间小于3分钟,故障检测率大于97%,集成四种以上保障设备功能,实现了成本降低和效益提升。

    Abstract:

    A certain fighter can launch four types of air-to-air missile and launchers, more than four missiles can be mounted at one time. In the test before flying, there are many problems such as multiple signals to be tested, low test efficiency, and the need for multiple missile-type test equipment. The modular method is used to design a type of tester, which is composed of PC104 control platform, four DSP-based test terminals, GPS processing module, data link/RF processing module, dual displays, etc. and realizes four bomb simulation and interface testing, four mount points parallel test, GPS signal test, RF/data link channel test and other functions, satisfies the test requirements of this fighter before hanging missile. Improve tester usability through interface reuse design and dual display design. After equipping, the test time of four hanging points is less than 10 minutes, the missile type/hanging point switching time is less than 3 minutes, the failure detection rate is greater than 97%, and more than four types of testers functions are integrated to one, which achieves cost reduction and benefit improvement.
