    摘要:

    目前,各种气象灾害频发,气象灾害造成的损失也越来越大。针对目前已经投入业务运行的各种气象探测设备观测数据进行自动实时分析并根据灾害性天气发生时气象数据达到的阈值条件通过手机短信发送相应气象灾害信息到各级气象预报服务业务人员手机,以便其在第一时间内进一步分析和处理,从而有效防范和应对各种气象灾害的发生。系统开发完毕并投入业务应用以来,根据气象业务应用实际情况表明系统在气象灾害预警、防灾减灾等业务中发挥了积极作用。

    Abstract:

    #$NL: at present, a variety of meteorological disasters often happens, losses caused by meteorological disasters are also growing. a variety of meteorological observation data detection equipment which have been put into operation is auto analyzedfor real-time and according to the threshold condition upon to meteorological data of weather disasters the corresponding meteorological disaster information text messages are sent through mobile phone to all levels of the weather forecast service business mobile phones for the first time, in order to the further analysis and processing, so as to effectively prevent and respond to various meteorological disasters. Since the system hasbeen developed and put into application, according to the actual situation of the meteorological service application indicates that the system plays a positive role in meteorological disaster warning,disaster prevention and mitigation activities, etc.#$NLKeywords: SMS, meteorological disasters, short time approaching, automatic warning, system
